Product Design & Development
Product design and Developments are the core part of any business. Our dedicated design team collaborates with you to create final product from the ground level and as per your requirement keeping in mind latest trends and colours.
We can customize the product design and quality to fit into your target price and your collection without aesthetically change in the design. We try our best to provide the premier services and to make our clients happy.
Manufacturing
Once received the purchase order based on submitted samples and quotation, we start follow-up production to factories for timely delivery. Our team regularly visit the factory and checks the production status at ground level and our Quality experts checks the product quality as per AQL standard requirements.
We understand the value of a brand and their launching period of any new products, so we manage the quality and ensures for timely delivery.
Quality Assurance and Inspection
This is the responsibility of our QC team to provide the best quality product in bulk production. We do inline inspection and send the pre-production samples to our clients before starting the bulk production. Once the sample approved then factories start bulk production.
We do Mid-line inspection to ensure that the production is maintaining the right quality and we also check the production is on time. With complete production, we do the final inspection as per AQL standard.
Shipping & Logistics
Don’t worry about tedious admin work, we are here to make the whole shipping process as simple as possible. Our team will work in perfect synergy with your nominated forwarder to plan vessel sailing with all correct documentation.
We can manage all kind of freight like LCL, FCL shipment along with consolidation. So relax… we can manage your whole supply chain from manufacturing to shipping your goods.
